Michael Bacarella
I purchased my first digital camera in 2016, two weeks before I left for vacation on a Mediterranean cruise. It would allow me to take better photographs of all the sites we would see in Italy, Greece, Croatia, and Montenegro. Little did I know then that there was much more to photography than simply having a nice camera.
While I continue to take photographs while traveling abroad, most of my images are of home. The parks, rivers, beaches and skyscrapers of NYC and northern NJ create boundless opportunity for unique compositions and continual improvement. Photography has taught me to recognize and appreciate the *stunning* views that surround me.
These are some of my favorites images from my photography journey.
